Leading the Way

As a former Senior Vice Provost at a prestigious university, I’ve spent decades immersed in transformational leadership and talent management. I hold multiple coaching certifications and am passionate about helping individuals navigate organizational change, attract top-tier talent, and lead with clarity—especially under pressure. Though I stepped away from the traditional 9-to-5 after the pandemic, my commitment to leadership coaching remains as strong as ever.

Leadership is personal. Whether guiding a team through high-stakes decisions or helping an individual reconnect with their purpose, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to every coaching relationship.

The Artist Within

Alongside my leadership work, I’m an abstract acrylic painter deeply inspired by color, emotion, and everyday life. My work is shaped by motherhood, fleeting moments of joy, and the music that speaks to the soul.

Much of my art is influenced by the complex beauty of Oklahoma—a place that holds both deep contradictions and breathtaking grace. Our state bears a violent past and is still marked by extreme, often oppressive ideologies. And yet the land itself tells a different story: gentle plains, rich soil, and sunsets that feel like an exhale.

Through bold and subtle color play, I explore the emotional layers of my experience—contrasting the weight of cultural expectations with the serenity found in nature. My paintings are reflections of that duality, and an invitation to sit with the tension, the hope, and the beauty in between.
